Hey, cloud gazers! Have you ever looked up at the sky and seen shapes in the clouds? Today, we’re going to have fun looking at clouds and using our imaginations to see what they resemble. Let’s get started!
What You’ll Need:
- Your adventure card
- A comfortable spot to lie down (like a blanket or grass)
- A friend or family member to join you!
Steps to Follow:
- Find a Good Spot: Go outside on a nice day and find a comfortable place to lie down and look at the sky.
- Look Up and Observe: Take a moment to relax and watch the clouds drift by. What shapes do you see?
- Take Turns Naming Shapes: With your friend or family member, take turns describing what each cloud looks like. Does one look like a bunny? A dinosaur? A cotton candy?
- Draw Your Favourite Cloud Shapes: After you’ve named a few shapes, draw them in a notebook or on some paper. You can add your creative details, like flowers or trees underneath!
Fun Fact
Clouds are made up of tiny water droplets or ice crystals! There are different types of clouds, like fluffy cumulus clouds and thin cirrus clouds, each with its unique shape.
